1. I called about 20 minutes before I wanted to get my nails done, and I was told that I could walk on in to get them done. No sooner I sat done in the chair for my manicure, the lady who helped me, started in my nails. My nails look so much better than when I do them myself. Thank you Elegant Nails for doing such a wonderful job.
2. The polish game needs more work but I love them they are all nice and they treat you well!
3. Sorry, walked in and the AC is broken or not on. They had big fans but was not enough. The acrylic nail solution was extremely strong and stuffy. Poor babies in their dealing with that.
4. I’ve been coming here for about a year. Both Katie & her sister have done my nails, and both do a great job! I’ve even brought my boyfriend here for a pedicure and he was very happy with it. There are usually only 4 ladies, so on busy days there may be a wait, but it is worth it!
5. Overpriced. Massage chair didn’t work and there idea of sanitizing is using the hot water your feet were just in. A lot of talking in there language and rude ghetto customers inside. I only went because I thought it was one I previously went to. Also didn’t have what I wanted
