I asked to have my feet scrubbed really good and she barely touched them, then sat at the drying station for over 15 minutes for it to not even be turned on. I wasn’t offered the complimentary drink they have signage in the waiting area nor did I get my 5% off for paying with cash over $25. Just all around horrible place!

Family Nails ia just that. A very pristine nail salon that is relaxing and thorough. It has been my to go for many years after trying several others:)
