4: The gentleman who cut my hair got a phone call whilst he was shaving my neck with a cut-throat razor. He proceeded to answer the call and continue to shave me at the same time. However the haircut was fine.
5: Second time ive been here. The barber wasnt paying attention today and started chopping at my neck with the razor. He didnt use water or foam! Just terrible.
